    Dose : two ( 2 ) mls added to 20 mls of water , twice a day , as prescribed . If you wish to stop taking this product please cut down slowly once a day for a week then once a day 1/2 dose for week . 
    Children ( 6– 12 yrs ) may take 1/2 of Adult dose .

    WARNING : Some sensitivity to Light or digestive symptoms maybe experienced .Have soon after food , not on empty stomach !
